EventCamp 2011 is an innovative educational conference for event and meeting professionals. It offers an intimate and low cost alternative to traditional large annual event industry gatherings. EventCamp attendees will engage with other participants (both remote and face2face) in a highly interactive environment, with significant networking opportunity.
Our session content will be partially determined by you, the event community. We aim to educate professionals in Events 3.0; utilizing social media and technology in event and meeting planning, execution, marketing and public relations, business development and networking. All levels and types of Social Media, Technology, and Event enthusiasts are welcome and encouraged to attend! Social Media and Technology rockstars will be available to help you get started or answer any of your questions.

Please stay at the Headquarters Hotel!
There are a limited number of specially priced rooms for EventCamp attendees at the four-star Hotel Allegro Chicago. The hotel is located just a few blocks from Catalyst Ranch, our meeting venue, and is newly renovated, pet friendly, and Green Seal Silver certified. Amenities include: free high speed wireless internet, fitness center on site, in house spa and wellness program, daily wine hour in the hotel living room, and a 24 hour business center.
Rooms at the significantly discounted rate of $139/night are available to EventCamp attendees 3 days before and after the event (2/8-2/16). In order to reserve a room, please call (800)-643-1500 or (312)236-0123 and identify yourself as an EventCamp attendee. A major credit card will be required to hold the hotel reservation.
Important Note: Staying at the EventCamp Headquarters Hotel not only strengthens the creditibility of the EventCamp community within the hotel industry, but will allow all of us to spend more time together as well!

EventCamp Refund Policy: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing prior to January 12th. No refunds will be issued after January 12th. Attendee substitutions will be permitted up until and including the day of the event.
