Help the Power Association ring in the new year as we honor MARIN ENERGY AUTHORITY for its 2010 achievements in developing California’s first operation Community Choice Aggregation Program.

MARIN ENERGY AUTHORTY

Dawn Weisz, Interim Director of the Marin Energy Authority and Chairman Charles McGlashan have been instrumental in developing California’s first operational Community Choice Aggregation Program. Through the Marin Energy Authority they have helped establish the Marin Clean Energy power supply contract to assure adequate power supply for MEA’s first five years of service to customers in Marin County.

Power Association of Northern California

The Power Association of Northern California is a non-profit trade organization dedicated to promoting a greater understanding of the power industry in California and all of its component parts. PANC sponsors monthly luncheon meetings and educational seminars to help professionals better understand the challenges confronting the power industry. Monthly luncheon meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month in San Francisco. Guest speakers include legislators, CEO's, Commissioners and other experts from both the regulated and unregulated side of the industry.
