Welcome to AccessOC, Southern California! Our ‘small but mighty’ 501(c)(3) charitable organization strongly believes that every person in our community should be healthy, productive and have access to medical care. We guide and connect Orange County residents who are medically uninsured or underinsured with volunteer medical specialists who donate their expertise to treat those in need. Our mission is to collaborate with our community to improve the health of the underserved by coordinating and providing access to high quality specialty care.
As of today, we have had the great pleasure of making over 500 surgeries possible amounting to over $6,000,000 in saved healthcare costs. Thanks to our work, patients receive the care they need—leading to healthier and more productive lives. This is why we do what we do!
Our work is made possible thanks to the thousands of medical and community volunteers who donate their time and talent to help the medically underserved in our community. Furthermore, several of the patients we have served have joined our team of volunteers and committed themselves to ‘paying it forward’ as a way of expressing their gratitude.
