SOUTH BEACH BOXING

Since 1998, World Famous South Florida Boxing, South Beach’s longest operating gym, has been transforming people’s lives, allowing them to achieve their personal best. Thousands of pounds have been lost, records have been broken and history keeps being written.

It’s a “no-walls, one-format concept” open area facility, with nearly 9,000 square feet of sweat-space, where energy thrives with a unique mix of over 60 one-hour, intense Boxing, Kickboxing, Cross Training, and Mixed Martial Arts classes each week including full weight training, and cardio machines.

South Florida Boxing is for people who are sick of regular gyms & for people who are bored & are not seeing results. It’s a powerful performance training facility where you’re put through the training of an athlete. Every class is different, never the same. They vary in style and intensity and target all your muscles, a full head-to-toe workout.

You are put through the training of a fighter. Everyone has their own 150lb. heavy bag to punch - you will never get hit. Our classes consist of strength training, explosive training & interval training. They are all geared toward gaining strength; so, literally from one to the next you can do more & therefore burn a lot more & get into way better shape than you'd ever get anywhere else.

With more than 20 years in the fitness industry, owner, Jolie Glassman has assembled an award-winning team of gurus in discipline and technique from around the world, who provide members with the motivation for a complete mind and body transformation on a daily basis.

In its 15th year, it’s no wonder that the list of internationally known champion boxers, celebrities and athletes continues to grow…with the likes of Evander Hollyfied, Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard, the Camachos, Matt Damon, Will Smith, Terrell Owens and Chad Ochocinco, just to name a few, training and visiting South Florida Boxing.

And in 2013 – Glassman is rebranding & changing the name/brand to South BEACH Boxing. Minor changes in the name/logo – just a ”B” instead of an “F”. Glassman states that South BEACH is much more marketable globally then South Florida and plans to create an equipment/apparel company & sell South BEACH Boxing all over the world, including custom gloves & wraps to boxing gyms all over the world with their own personalized logo on them.
