LEADERSHIP TRAINING 1 - ON DEMAND.

This class will be presented ONLINE only and will be CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE from 12:00 PM Pacific Time Friday, 1 August through 10:00 PM Pacific Time Thursday, 7 August.

You may log on via Mac or PC, iPhone, iPad or Android device. Materials for this class will be sent via weblink. You will be able to print the materials at home.

The purpose of this class is to train and equip our hosts and group members to lead groups in a way that is consistent with God's Word. We require each host to take this initial Leadership Training Class. This is the first class in Saddleback's Leadership Development Pathway.

Learn how to share the leadership load, resolve conflict, empower and equip others, manage your own group website, and many other ways to create and sustain a healthy small group.

All members of the small group are invited to participate. At a minimum the host and the co-host or another member should attend.

This is also a good refresher course if it's been more than a few years since you've last attended this class. As Saddleback grows and changes, so too does our training material.

Suggestion: Have an LT1 gathering at your home and have your WHOLE group participate together.
