Audience from all works are invited to this event: Issues of decision-making practices as it relates to policies on foreign trade, investments opportunities and advancements available in the Countries of West Africa and the United States will be reviewed and also have opportunity to network, highlight key economic areas in Maryland, and Washington, DC.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All participants must have a state issued ID, or a drivers license to enter to complete registration. You must be 18yrs and above to participate.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is plenty of FREE parking in the visitors parking lot, directly across the main building.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
You may bring your electronic devise, writing materials. NO children under the age of 18, any form of sharp objects or weapons that can cause injury into the building.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket, but you must notify PDMCI three days in advance of event date. Ensure you have the full names of the person replacing you.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes! you can update by notifying our office via email: info@pdmcius.com
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes! your e receipt of registration should be presented at the registration counter.
What is the refund policy?
Refund request less 30% processing will be refunded if requested 3 days before event start date
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Transferrable tickets will be allowed prior to event time, if PDMCI is notified with all necessary information.
