Airline Ambassadors is the only charity of the airline industry and dedicated to helping orphans and vulnerable children. since correctly identifying trafficking on 4 flights in 2009 we are also the leading advocate for Human Trafficking Awareness in the airline industry. We have provided 24 airport trainings teaching airline personnel to receognize and report Human Traffickiing and with this event will raise $ for a training in Newark, NJ.
The Cause: Raising awareness and funds to help fight sex trafficking.
Local cause: $5000 will go to Airline Ambassadors to fund an Anti-Trafficking Awareness Training Program at Newark Airport * *We need 200 runners to reach our goal !
International cause: The rest of the money raised will go to Village Volunteers to help fund New Light, a shelter for children of sex workers in India’s largest red light district. If you can’t make the race, you can donate to this cause on Crowdrise and sign up to win fun prizes:
