Description

Socality Live PDX is a 3-day conference designed to connect and create influencers in the arts including film, media, photography, community, and branding and business leadership.

The final day of this conference includes a community excursion out to Cannon beach with all attendees experiencing and capturing these moments together and sharing these via social media.

Keynote guests include Dale Partridge (CEO of Sevenly), Andi Andrew (Liberty Church NYC) and Brit Moore (The Giving Keys) and your host Scott Bakken (Socality).

Dale Partridge is a serial entrepreneur and Founder of Sevenly.org, a 40+ person socially conscious e­commerce company based in Los Angeles, California. Sevenly was named “The Most Social Media Driven Company in America” by Mashable. Dale has keynoted at Facebook, Adobe, and Panasonic and has been featured in magazines such as Forbes, Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc. Magazine and more. Dale will inspire us with his expertise on branding, marketing, consumer trends and social media.

Andi Andrew and her husband, Paul lead Liberty Church in NYC. Together they were on staff for many years at Hillsong Church in Sydney, Australia before leaving to start their 3 campuses in NYC. Andi is truly is an outstanding and sought-after speaker and carries the leadership of Liberty Church together with Paul. Andi’s years of team leadership have shaped her with a passion to see people experience real freedom in life.

Jeffrey Gerson is Instagram's Community Manager for North America. The community team seeks to build community and inspire creativity through sharing stories and learning more from Instagrammers around the world. In addition to writing for the Instagram blog, Jeffrey can be found making new friends at Instameets, spending too much time in coffee shops and adventuring the San Francisco Bay area and beyond. Jeffrey graduated from Stanford University in 2012 with a BA in English Literature.

NOTE: Your ticket includes access to all the main sessions, workshops and the bus ticket to the excursion to Cannon Beach and any other events related to the weekend.

Socality began with the simple goal of connecting creatives online and in person using social media and live events. Over the years this has grown into a vision that includes local community events, workshops, creative camps, online content and storytelling, and collective initiatives designed to engage the community at large around projects and organizations that are changing our world for the better.
