How to Make Change with Ease and Grace
Change is a part of life, yet sometimes we struggle with it and rail against it even. The secret to making change easily, painlessly and with grace is to develop a strategy to allow the change to come naturally.
During this high-energy seminar, you will learn The Leapfrog Method and its four simple steps for making change with ease and grace. The Leapfrog Method, the subject of Jenn LeBlanc’s current book, has been developed through her many successful corporate rebranding campaigns and individual breakthrough work with successful entrepreneurs. You will walk away from this session with these key learnings:
- How easily change can happen (seriously!)
- How to take the next step when you are stuck
- An action plan to define how to move toward the change you want
- Why change, and the fear that can come with it, need not be scary

About the Presenter
Jennifer LeBlancis a master change agent. By the time she was 21, she had moved 22 times and has applied that flexibility to her work as a scientist, speaker, author, coach and marketing strategist. For nearly 20 years, she has been building results-driven branding programs for high-growth companies of all sizes including PeopleSoft, Nektar and SAP. She is known as a visionary leader with a passion for innovation and for getting the job done right and on time – the first time.
Among other projects, Jennifer drove the successful development of the global branding and repositioning of PeopleSoft Global Services. After the brand repositioning, PGS had secured nine deals worth over $5 million each, compared to only one the previous year. This repositioning work helped grow the Global Services organization from a $700M to a $1B division with more than 4,000 employees. Jennifer takes an innovative, results-oriented approach and is focused on making a significant impact to each of her clients’ businesses.
Her first career in the field of environmental biology gave her a depth of scientific and technical experience, including advanced analytical methodologies. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Biology from Queen’s University, Canada, an M.S. in Biology from the University of Waterloo, Canada, and a certificate in BioEntrepreneurship from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
Jennifer is a long-standing member of the American Marketing Association (AMA), Silicon Valley chapter of the AMA, Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, Women in Consulting (where she is part of the Leaders’ Network), the Northern California Science Writers Association, and is an advisor to the Silicon Valley Brand Forum. Jennifer previously served on the Board of Wardrobe for Opportunity, a Bay Area nonprofit that provides free clothing and career development support for low-income jobseekers so they can become economically self-sufficient.
Jennifer was recognized in 2007 as one of the “Top 25 Women Redefining Success,” an award sponsored by Flexperience, in San Francisco. Women named to this list are singled out for their leadership in making flexible career strategies work for themselves and for others. In 2011 and 2012, Jennifer was nominated as an Entrepreneur of the Year by the Women’s Initiative for Self-Employment.
As part of her marketing and coaching practice, Jennifer is certified as an NLP (neurolinguistic programming) Practitioner. NLP is the science of how we make change in our lives and in business. She works with entrepreneurs and executives to help them make quick and lasting change in their lives so they can create the impact they were born to make.
Jennifer has published dozens of scientific, environment and health articles for a variety of publications all over the world and online media outlets including Discovery Channel Online, and blogs regularly at Brand Musings. Additionally, Jennifer is a sought after speaker, known for her energy and interactive presentations. She speaks on a variety of performance and marketing topics including making change easily in life and business, entrepreneurship, launch best practices, strategic brand development, effective market positioning, social media strategies and marketing metrics. She is currently writing a book on change management entitled, The Leapfrog Method: How to Make Change with Ease and Grace.
