Come join Dandelion Chocolate for our Wine & Chocolate pairing event. Discover and taste the journey cacao takes as it’s transformed into chocolate, trying delectable wines along the way. During this event you’ll explore chocolate making process, starting from the cocoa pod and continuing through to a finished bar. We’ll feature five California wines paired with five specific stages of the chocolate making process. You’ll taste pure cacao pulp, whole raw cacao beans, unfinished liquid chocolate from our stone grinders, and each single-origin bar paired with a wine that compliments our chocolate’s distinctive flavors. Finally, we’ll end the evening with a wine paired with a delicious pastry made from our chocolate.
The event includes a tour of our chocolate factory, five wine pairings provided by the Sonoma / San Francisco based Wattle Creek Winery, and of course Dandelion Chocolate!
