WORKReady! Assessments- Wichita

You are scheduling the 3 NEW WORKReady! assessments (Applied Math, Graphic Literacy and Workplace Documents) at the Wichita Workforce Center at New Leaf Plaza located at 2021 N. Amidon. After October 16, 2017 the previous WORKReady! assessments (Applied Mathematics, Locating Information and Reading for Information) are no longer available.

The assessments take approximately 4.5 hours.

Parking

FREE parking is provided on-site. Please park on the East side of the building only.

Pre-Registration

Prior to the session you must go to www.KANSASWORKS.com and create a Job Seeker account. Or please visit your local workforce center for assistance.

If you already have a KANSASWORKS account you do not need to create another one- you will be counted as having met this requirement.

If you do not create a Job Seeker account on KANSASWORKS 1 day in advance you will not be allowed to complete the assessments.

More Information

Please check in 10-15 minutes prior to the start time listed. No one will be admitted late to the session. Also you MUST bring a state or federally issued photo ID to the session. Due to COVID-19, at entry you will be asked a series of questions & be required to wear a mask during the entire time in the Workforce Center. If you are interested in taking pre-assessments and/or online tutorials prior to the session please call (316) 771-6800.

Please note there will be an opportunity for breaks between assessments.

Drinks, food, gum are not allowed and should not be brought into the building.

Cell phones and electronic devices will be collected prior to the start of the first assessment and may not be used until you have finished all of the assessments.
