Training Opportunity for New Resident Services Coordinators

Join Oregon ON the day before the Fall Industry Support Conference—September 29, 2014— to gain useful tools that will help you succeed as a coordinator! Covered topics will include:

RSC Year 1: What to expect, how to overcome common challenges, and how to increase successful interactions with residents
Agency & Industry Overview: Learn about other member agencies and the history of Resident Services in Oregon
Fair Housing & Housing Stability: Basics of how to access rental and utility assistance, how fair housing and landlord-tenant law intersect with Resident Services
Programming: How to do an initial assessment at a property, best practices, and common failures and successes

Location: The Resident Services 101 Training will be September 29, 2014 from 12:30pm - 5:00pm at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland.
