Description

The International Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (IAPTI) invites you to take part in its Second International Conference, which will take place in Athens, Greece, on September 20 and 21, 2014, at the beautiful Electra Palace Hotel Athens (Plaka).

Why attend?

The First IAPTI International Conference in London last year was successful beyond words. Here's what attendees had to say about it:

  • "It was really well organized and I felt welcome at all times! Lecturers well wisely chosen and if any problem arose, the organization was prompt to solve it! Bravo!"
  • "All the sessions seemed very interesting and it was difficult to decide which one to attend so I would suggest make it two days!"
  • "It was an exhilarating, perfectly organized, full-of-nice-people event."
  • "I would like to congratulate the IAPTI organising body. Most of the topics were relevant and well delivered."

We are sure this year’s conference will also be a success. Join us in Athens!

What's on the agenda?

  • About 30 sessions on Translation, Interpreting, Language and Technology.
  • Two-day event allowing plenty of time for networking opportunities.
  • Exciting social events to get together, have fun and exchange ideas (Gala Dinner, Casual Networking Dinner, Athens Tour, and much more!).
  • Unique location: Join us for an unprecedented event under the lights of the Acropolis!
