11/7 Budgeting 101
This workshop helps participants explore components of an effective program budget, strategies for effective internal controls, and techniques for monitoring and reviewing budgets. Participants will also gain an understanding what to look for in an audited financial statements. Participants will have the opportunity to view and analyze a sample budget and financial statement.
