iLearnNYC: Using Aventa Credit Recovery Digital Content

This training is designed to allow the learner to become knowledgeable about Aventa Credit Recovery courses. This session will introduce the learner to the structure, navigation and design of these courses and how they may best be used in a blended or virtual environment. Learners will also be introduced to the Grade book within the D2L environment.

As result of this training, participants will be able to:

1. Understand Aventa Credit Recovery adaptive release feature.
2. Understand how to navigate and access assignments.
3. Demonstrate effective best practices regarding blended learning environments.
4. Understand support resources built into Credit Recovery courses.
5. Understand how English CR courses differ from other subjects.
6. Know how to locate Discussion Board posts and reply.
7. Describe how students access teacher feedback.
8. Understand how to access items through the Grade book.
