Where is the show?

The show is held in the banquet hall on the South (front) end of the Berlin Resort. If for any reason the show cannot be held there, it will be in the Ballroom, in the main building. You can get directions to the show at the front desk.

Can I purchase tickets anywhere else?

Tickets are also available at the front desk of the Berlin Resort.

Is there parking at the event?

Self-parking is available at the Berlin Resort. If needed, there is extra parking in the lot just north of the resort's lot.

Do I need to print out and bring a ticket?

You do not need to bring a printed ticket for entry, as long as you bring a valid ID with the name of the person who purchased the ticket(s). In cases where the ticket purchaser will not be present, please print and bring your ticket(s) with you or pick up your ticket(s) from the front desk before the show.

Is there an age limit?

Hypnotized! The Gregg Pruett Comedy Hypnosis Show is safe and appropriate for the entire family. However, the show is recommended for ages eight (8) and up. Babies and strollers are not permitted inside the venue.

Do I have to be hypnotized?

No. The option to come onstage and participate, while encouraged, is completely voluntary.

Are cell phones/pictures/video taping allowed?

Mobile devices are allowed, but must be silenced or turned off prior to performance. You may take non-flash pictures during the performance. Video taping is strictly prohibited.

What time do doors open?

Doors open approximately thirty minutes before the show. Guests should arrive at least 15 mins prior to the performance time. Once the show begins, you run the risk of not being allowed in.

How long is the show?

The show will run approximately 90 minutes.

Is there assigned seating?

All seating is general admisssion. First come, first served.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. In the rare event of a cancellation, for which there is no rescheduled date, you may receive a full refund.

Are group discounts available?

Special pricing is available for groups of fifteen (15) or more. For group discounts, contact Gregg Pruett.

No alcohol, drugs, weapons, food, or glass containers allowed. You hereby consent to the reasonable search for alcoholic beverages, drugs, or weapons. You consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission or reproduction of the event. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is not deemed appropriate.

Disclaimer: Because of the crucial need for audience participation, audiences that do no meet the minimum attendance (15) may be cancelled/rescheduled. We will do our best to notify guests three (3) hours prior to the performance time. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be given the option of exchanging their Hpnotized! tickets for another performance date, or receiving a full refund.
