East Baton Rouge Parish Library Day of Sharing

East Baton Rouge Parish Library is celebrating their 75th anniversary this year, and we want you to join in on the fun!

East Baton Rouge Parish Library will be hosting a "Day of Sharing" event on Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 2 to 4 p.m. This event will be held at the new Main Library located at 7711 Goodwood Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70806.

Our "Day of Sharing" is all about YOU--the community. Come record a video testimonial to express your love for EBRPL and what the library means to you. A video using footage from our "Day of Sharing" event will be shown at the official EBRPL 75th anniversary celebration in September 2014, and you could be featured! Children will also be able share what the library means to them by drawing pictures and creating bookmarks at an arts and crafts table.

Jambalaya, drinks and birthday cake will be served. And don't forget to take a picture in our photobooth using silly props. Walking tours of the new facility will be held at 2:30 and 3:30 p.m.
