Description
During the time of Prohibition, the Speakeasy was born and all levels of society began to party behind closed doors. Join us as we take you back to the Roaring 20's and re-create the feeling of days gone by. Taking place at the historic Park Plaza Hotel on Saturday, August 9th, this event will feature beautiful Art Deco decor, specialty cocktails, music, dancing and a few surprises. Feel free to dress in theme for this event as costumes are encouraged (but not required).
The "Gatsby Mansion" will be split into traditional swing, jazz, and 1920's themed dance music and a separate ballroom with a DJ playing current hits. The event will also feature other 1920's period decor and themes, including a photobooth with props and more. VIP admission will also include whiskey and gin tastings, and cocktails.
