Painting on Silk Workshop-Free to register interest, cost £20

A course for the complete beginner led by Anne Warren. Anne is a member of the Embroiderer's Guild and you will be able to see her work at the May Exhibition in Isleworth this year (details to be announced).

In the morning you will make a simple flower design on the silk and learn how to paint on silk using the traditional "gutta resist" technique. In the afternoon, when the gutta is dry, you will be able to paint the flower using basic silk painting techniques.

You will also have the opportunity to embroider your painting at the P&P craft meeting on Tuesday 27 May 7.30-9.30pm. Please use separate form to register.

Cost £20 includes all materials and drinks (usual discount applies for regular P&P members)
