100 Entrepreneurs Hosted by Kenneth Proudfoot Networking Kick-Off
Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
The 100 ENTREPRENEURS Networking Kick-Off event is the first of a series of action events to make positive things happen in the Rhode Island economy.
100 ENTREPRENEURS is a group of visionary women and men dedicated to building the Rhode Island economy through the ideas, ingenuity, innovation, and determination of Entrepreneurs.
The Mission is to Identify and publicize business opportunities, existing and new, and find entrepreneurs to develop and grow those businesses. Inventory the people, products, physical assets, and talents that can be applied to business growth. We'll share Ten IDEAS that will each represent $100,000 in new business.
The purpose is to take action and address real needs real fast.
The idea is simple. Help move the economy forward, one day, one opportunity, and one connection at a time.
Not just by talking, but by doing it.
By not stopping. By not accepting "No" for an answer. By not accepting a barrier to progress.
By refusing to stop because of a missing asset, a temporary capital shortfall, or an imperfect situation.
What does business need? What do our communities need?
New Services. New Activities. More business. More revenues. Greater profits.
It can only be achieved by not staying in the silos we are living and working in every day.
All of the answers, all of the solutions, all of the needed assets are here, available, obtainable, waiting to be accessed and used.
100 ENTREPRENEURS will meet, network, be aggressive.
It won't be for everyone. It will only be for those who want to do better.
Be bigger. Be more successful. Those who want to reach their full potential.
We CAN make it better -- but it is up to us those tired of the mediocrity of the current economic mess.
Who can fix a mess like this?
100 Engineers? 100 Doctors? 100 Politicians?
None of those well-meaning people.
It can only be accomplished by Entrepreneurs, moving the economy forward, one day, one opportunity, and one connection at a time.
And doing it continuously. Consistently. Forever.
Let’s get moving!
