The Arc of Union County, Inc. is a non-profit, non-sectarian 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and to assist and support their families.  The Arc of Union County was founded in 1949 by parents of children with disabilities, and continues to serve as both an advocacy and service agency.

The Arc strives to ensure that all people with intellectual and developmental disabilities realize full, productive, and enhanced lives through a variety of programs and services.
