AI/AN CHAMPS

AI/AN CHAMPS (American Indian/Alaska Native Communities and Hospitals Advancing Maternity Practices) is a breastfeeding-focused inititiative funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. AI/AN CHAMPS works with Tribal and Alaska Native hospitals in Alaska, Arizona, and Oklahoma and in collaboration with the Indian Health Service across the USA. Our mission is to help hospitals towards Baby-Friendly designation and to improve maternity care practices through work with both hospitals and the communities that surround them. For information about the CHAMPS Project, visit our website: champsbreastfeed.org!
