Presentation Comments:

Hi Jordan,

I’m happy to report that you were able to allow all the Walk-in’s attend your very moving and informative Start Smart session at Rancho Bernardo High tonight!  I think it really made an impact on both my son and myself!  The two guest speakers really demonstrated how one mistake can be a tragic or even fatal one!  Your videos and information effectively emphasized what we all know, and should always practice!  Thank you so much for your dedication and passion for this project! I’m sure it will make a difference and save countless lives.

Thanks again!!

Officer Wells:

Thank you for the informative presentation, I don’t believe there was a dry eye in the room when a Parent stood up and shared their experience in losing a child.  For me, this had a major impact on the whole presentation; a bad choice made can change everything.  I know you stated time is short, as sadly and hard this may be for individuals to share, I believe speakers can really make a difference with these young teens.  Seeing and hearing it from a Parent, friend, etc………. weather they lost a son / daughter or were a role in being part of a tragedy is most impressionable on the young kids.  You can show video / slides / news clip, but there’s nothing like having someone stand in front of you and talk.

Thank you,

Consuelo Gallaher
