DELICA is dedicated to serving wholesome foods using the highest quality ingredients. We only use naturally-raised meats without added hormones or antibiotics, sustainably harvested produce, and never use MSG. We support local growers and source organic produce whenever possible.

Executive Sushi Chef Mikiko Ando crafts clean, edo-mae style sushi, using the freshest wild-caught and sustainable local fish and produce. Izakaya menu pairs wonderfully with our sustainable wines, sakes, beer, and shochu.
