The Dante Benedetti Foundation is dedicated to continuing the spirit and legacy of Dante Benedetti. Simply put, helping kids through the game of baseball.
For nearly 40 years Dante was San Francisco's own Mr. Baseball to thousands of boys and young men. His kindness, generosity and occasional firm hand guided many a young boy away from trouble and back onto the road to becoming responsible adults. His legacy is seen today throughout our community as "Dante's boys" have become policeman, doctors, coaches, teachers, and businessmen.
Our Partnership
Working in partnership with the University of San Francisco Baseball program, the Dante Benedetti Foundation is providing meaningful financial support to organizations that facilitate active participation in baseball for under served youth in the San Francisco community.
