Cancellation Policy: Reunion Attendance Tickets: All requests for cancellations must be made in writing no less than 15 days prior to your first event date. All cancellations will be charged a $50.00 per person cancellation fee. Tickets are non-transferable (no substitutions). Hotel Rooms: All hotel rooms provided through First Coast Reunions have been pre-paid by F.C.R. and are offered on a limited basis to classmates at a discounted rate. If you reserve your room through F.C.R. it will be charged to your method of payment in advance and is non-refundable, non-transferable and all sales on hotel rooms are final.
