Effectively Tackling Diversity and Disability in Recruitment

The Resourcing Think Tank (RTT), one of six sub-groups falling within the HR Think Tank Series, is a unique networking group allowing senior Human Resourcing professionals to exchange ideas, discuss topical challenges and explore resourcing best-practice. The group, founded and facilitated by HR Recruitment Consultancy Oasis HR, offers membership to European Recruitment Managers, through to Heads of Resourcing.

The RTT offers our members the opportunity to engage with like-minded strategically focused HR professionals from a whole host of different industries. From Apple to Tesco, we’re proud of our broad affiliation with a large collection of leading organisations and thoroughly enjoy providing this networking experience.

As people, we’re personal and relish the opportunity to get to know our members - so our meetings are small and intimate. We limit attendance to 15-25 people, ensuring a high level of interaction and creating an open discussion. We challenge you to leave not feeling stimulated by the topical discourse and without the desire to return!
