Iowa Corridor Food and Agriculture Coalition

The Iowa Corridor Food and Agriculture Coalition (ICFAC) is a diverse group of organizations, agencies, and community members from the Iowa Corridor Region that includes Benton, Iowa, Johnson, Linn, Tama, Poweshiek, Washington, Cedar and Jones counties. We saw the need to revitalize the Corridor as the hub of the region's food system because it is the 2nd fastest growing region in Iowa that is occupied by a diverse number of communities including the cities of Iowa City and Cedar Rapids.

ICFAC mission is to develop strategic partnerships to revitalize a local food system within the Iowa Corridor Region

ICFAC vision is a region that embraces local foods in a diversified and environmentally conscious agriculture community; serving as a hub for a revitalized regional food system.
