LA Green Drinks is part of a worldwide organization that enables anyone concerned about environmental issues to get together over a drink. LA Green Drinks events are simple, informal, and help connect the green network while having a drink or two. Green Drinks started in Los Angeles in 2005 and quickly expanded to offering events all over the LA area. About Pharmaka Gallery
Pharmaka, a non-profit organization, is a pioneer in redevelopment of downtown Los Angeles and exhibits artwork that is socially relevant and that would otherwise not be shown in traditional art venues. It engages audiences through curated exhibitions, lectures, panel discussions, and accessible community programming and events. In July 2008, Pharmaka unveiled its substantial eco-friendly space enhancements that reduce energy consumption by 90%.
