Joe Gerstandt is national keynote speaker, workshop facilitator and blogger focused on issues relating to Inclusion, Innovation and Leadership.

Joe has been published in The Diversity Factor, a leading source of information in the fields of diversity and organizational development, and also maintains a popular weblog at www.OurTimeToAct.com.  He also contributes to or facilitates several online communities and has recently joined The Guru Nation, where he provides thought-leadership on issues of diversity and leadership.

In addition to speaking and facilitating workshops, Joe works directly with organizations (from Fortune 500 corporations to small non-profits) to create and support inclusive and innovative cultures.
