Founded in San Francisco, California, in 1999, Six Feet Up, Inc. is a private woman-owned company whose core business lies in the implementation of Zope and Plone-powered Content Management Systems (CMS).
 
Both a provider of development and hosting services, Six Feet Up is a big supporter of open source initiatives and considered an expert in the Plone Community.

Six Feet Up has presented on the topic of Plone at many past conferences, including the 2007 world-wide Plone Conference in Naples, Italy. At the annual Plone Conference in Washington, DC this year, Six Feet Up will be presenting a tutorial on buildout and speaking about deployment.
 
Six Feet Up has led successful Plone deployment projects for highly visible clients such as Discover Magazine, American.com and the World Science Festival.
