SPALC is celebrating 30 years in the Eden Park Community!  Hundreds of youth and adults have obtained their GED and job skills training through the dedicated mission of our founders the late Sr. Kathleen Bahlinger, CSJ and Sr. Lory Schaff, CSJ.  St. Paul the Apostle Parish and SPALC believe that our community can eradicate illiteracy through combined efforts to provide quality education and life skills training.  SPALC offers a holistic approach to education, to learning life skills, and to obtaining job skills training.  Nestled in the Eden Park Community SPALC provides field trips, volunteer  opportunities, retreats, and business partnerships for their job shadowing program.
