New set-it-and-forget-it email reminders

email marketing

One of the most powerful and popular features in the Eventbrite promotional toolbox just got easier to use and even more powerful. Eventbrite event holders have long enjoyed the ability to send mass email reminders to their attendees — either to people who’ve already registered for an upcoming event or who attended any one of their events in the past. Email marketing is a key driver of event success, and a great way to foster community between events. The only limitation is that you had to remember to send them, lol. Well, we’re pleased to announce that mass email messages can now be scheduled in advance right from your event management dashboard. Just click on “Email Attendees” under the “Attendees” menu. You can set a specific future calendar date and time for your email blast or backtrack from the event start date. We’ve also added a full-featured WYSIWYG HTML editor, for easier formatting. Enjoy!

For more details about this new feature, read the email reminders tutorial.
