We’ve recently released some changes to streamline the process of creating events, while giving you even more transparency and control to customize your tickets and registration.
Location: Instead of having to select both a venue and a street address, you can now simply type either one into the Location field.
Drag and drop: You can rearrange the order of your ticket types as they’re shown on your event page by dragging and dropping them into the right place when you’re on the Edit page.
Ticket fees: You no longer have to wonder how much your ticket buyers will pay or the total per ticket fee. Just hover over the “i” icon next to the ticket price to see the breakdown, and click on the gear icon to edit the settings to absorb or pass on your fees to your buyers.
Sales channel ticket setting: We’ve eliminated the need to create specific At The Door ticket types when you’re using our mobile box office to sell tickets. All eligible ticket types* will be available for sale online and through At The Door. Real-time syncing of tickets sold or refunded both online and At The Door lets you manage your inventory by ticket type, regardless of where it’s sold.
*At The Door is only available to customers selling tickets in US dollars using Eventbrite’s credit card payment processor.
Custom URL: You can set your custom URL for your event page over on the Manage page, where you can find more customization tools like adding the Social Stream experience to your event page or personalizing your order confirmation page.
