Bay Area Barcode Beta
Eventbrite users may have noticed the presence of barcodes on their confirmation emails for the last several weeks. This was Phase 1 in the development of a barcode-based attendee registration system that will ultimately allow event organizers to “check-in” attendees on-site using a basic webcam.
For Phase 2, we’re looking for a few good event organizers who are willing to be guinea pigs and help us test this exciting new feature “in the field”, as it were, on their events. Your event must be in the San Francisco Bay Area. For more details, see Eventbrite Barcode Beta Testers.
